ForceShield in Vejle is seeking a dedicated Loader Operator to join our on-site team. You will operate heavy machinery to load and unload materials at construction sites, handling dirt, gravel, sand and debris, and ensuring safe, efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid right to work in Denmark (Vejle).

Responsibilities

• Operate loader to move materials such as dirt, gravel, rocks, sand or debris.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers or other vehicles.
• Transport materials to designated areas.
• Perform routine maintenance on loader to ensure proper functioning.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate gear at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and follow supervisor instructions.
