Bech Personale ApS is seeking a warehouse operative in Horsens to pack orders using AutoStore and work the fixed evening shift. Training is provided, and prior warehouse experience is not necessary.

You will help ensure orders are packed correctly and dispatched on time, with support from a team you can rely on. The role requires standing for most of the shift and being able to stay focused as pace increases; prior warehouse experience is advantageous but not required.

We’re looking for a warehouse operative in Horsens to help pack orders using an automated warehouse system. You’ll receive training when you start, so previous warehouse experience isn’t necessary. If you’re reliable, ready to learn and happy to get work done, this could be a good fit for you.

What you will be doing

Packing goods for customer orders using AutoStore

Using the automated system to retrieve the items needed for each order

Checking that orders are packed correctly and ready for dispatch

Keeping track of your tasks throughout the shift

Working with your colleagues to make sure orders are completed on time.

What we are looking for

You take your work seriously, show up on time and make sure your tasks are done properly. The job involves standing for most of the shift, so you should be comfortable with an active working day. You also need to stay focused and keep track of your work when the pace picks up.

We also expect you to:

Work carefully and follow the tasks through to completion

Be willing to help your colleagues when needed

You don’t need to know how AutoStore works before you start. You’ll be shown how to use the system as part of your training. Experience from a warehouse or packing job is an advantage, but we’re happy to hear from you even if this would be your first warehouse job.
