Job summary

Banedanmark is seeking a Lead S&I Coordinator to manage CSM-RA and TSI documentation and risk assessment across major railway projects from our Copenhagen HQ. You will lead hazard workshops, coordinate with external assessors and ensure compliance with Danish and European legislation, working in a cross-disciplinary team in English.

You have a proven background in railway safety, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and at least five years of experience, including risk management and multi-stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in railway safety.
• Proven experience with CSM-RA and TSI requirements in railway projects.
• Ability to work across departments and with external assessors.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review CSM and TSI documentation.
• Ensure delivery of S&I project deliverables.
• Lead hazard workshops for project risks.
• Coordinate with external assessors and NSA (Trafikstyrelsen).
• Ensure compliance with Danish and European railway legislation.
