Job summary

SynerData in Odense is seeking a Mason Supervisor to oversee a team of masons, plan daily tasks, coordinate the execution of masonry work on construction sites, and ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule.

You will monitor progress, enforce safety standards, train new masons, troubleshoot issues, and maintain clear communication with project managers and other trades. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring reliability and physical fitness.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Mason or in a similar supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of different masonry materials, tools, and techniques.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Physically fit for manual labor such as lifting heavy materials and standing long periods.
• Fluent in Danish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of masons to ensure timely completion of projects
• Plan and schedule daily tasks for the mason team, including materials and equipment needed
• Monitor work progress, quality, and safety standards to ensure compliance with company policies
• Train new masons on proper techniques and procedures for various projects
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during construction and find solutions to keep the project on track
• Communicate effective with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth workflow
