Job summary

Novo invites a Producer to join the Video & Live Production team in Søborg, delivering high-quality live, hybrid and recorded productions across our facilities in Søborg, Bagsværd and Måløv. You’ll lead planning, direction and delivery while ensuring technical excellence from concept to execution.

The role requires 5+ years in live TV or broadcast, strong IT and broadcasting knowledge, fluency in English, and the ability to collaborate with internal partners and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in live TV, broadcast or live production environments.
• Experience with live production workflows, video routing, signal flow, studio infrastructure and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of IT systems, networking fundamentals and IP-based broadcast workflows and technologies.
• Experience with video editing, preferably using Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as studio and stage lighting.
• Ability to translate creative and communication needs into compelling visual productions and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience with ROSS video switchers and routers, Unreal Engine, CasparCG, SMPTE ST 2110 and AI tools is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, direction and delivery of high-quality live, hybrid and recorded productions, ensuring engaging experiences for audiences across Novo.
• Direct live broadcasts from the gallery and take on additional production roles when needed, ensuring smooth execution from preparation to delivery.
• Design and implement technical production setups, broadcast workflows and visual concepts, including studios, scenery and graphics.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to transform communication objectives into compelling, audience-focused productions that maximise engagement and impact.
• Advise colleagues and internal clients on the most effective production formats, visual approaches and technical solutions to support clear and effective communication.
• Coach hosts, presenters and contributors, helping them feel confident and perform effectively on camera.
• Support production planning, coordination and budgeting, while contributing to off-site productions and post-production editing activities.
