Job summary

Agilent Technologies is seeking a Lead Internal Auditor to plan, lead, and execute risk-based internal audits within regulated medical devices and pharma environments as part of the Global Quality Organization.

You will assess QMS compliance against ISO 9001/13485, FDA cGMP, and ICH requirements, drive improvements, train sites, and manage multi-site audits with up to 50% travel across EU/UK. Remote or site-based work within the EU/UK is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field is required.
• 8+ years in regulated quality systems, auditing, or regulatory compliance.
• 5+ years leading internal audits; ISO 13485 Lead Auditor certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk-based internal audits across pharma and medical device operations.
• Manage audit planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up.
• Assist with inspection readiness and regulatory authority inspections.
