Qualifications

• Built an LLM agent system in production with architecture ownership.
• Strong full-stack TS (React/Next.js) skills; comfortable with Python.
• Led the direction of a technical area and drove a rework or refactor.

Responsibilities

• Own the agent harness and the framework for AI co-scientist agents, from architecture to workflows.
• Own MCP integrations to give agents access to lab data with traceable records.
• Make model choices and continuously evaluate AI quality against lab needs.
• Own infrastructure for AI inference, model serving, and agent execution.
