Greenland Construction Co. is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager based in Greenland to oversee construction projects from planning to completion.

You will lead diverse teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and extensive experience in construction project management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication with clients, stakeholders and team members alike.
• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish ensuring they are completed within budget and on time.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets and plans.
• Manage all project resources including contractors, subcontractors, materials, equipment and labor.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Identify potential risks or delays and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Ensure all safety regulations and building codes are followed on site.
