Job summary

IQVIA Argentina seeks an experienced Statistical Programmer to develop methodologies for complex studies and coordinate integrated programming solutions across projects. You will provide technical leadership and act as a consultant to ensure client needs are met through robust programming efforts.

The role requires mastery of SAS, CDISC ADaM standards, and data validation tools, with strong organizational and communication skills to lead teams and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field and Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Knowledge of statistics, programming and/or clinical drug development process.
• Advanced knowledge of computing applications such as Base SAS, SAS Graph and SAS Macro Language.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop process methodology for department to meet client needs.
• Plan and coordinate integrated programming solutions for statistical programming needs.
• Provide advanced technical expertise and leadership to the department.
• Provide internal consulting, including specifications and user needs analysis for complex projects.
• Develop, implement and validate new process technologies, macros and applications.
• Lead statistics team on single complex studies or groups of studies.
• Manage scope, budgets, and resource forecasts for studies when applicable.
• Train and guide junior staff.
