Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Copenhagen seeks a Student Assistant to support the Legal, Compliance & Quality team across a wide range of legal tasks. You will assist with contract drafting, legal research, data privacy and AI governance while learning how law operates in a life sciences company.

You will report to the Director Legal, Compliance & Quality and work about 15 hours per week in Ørestad, Copenhagen. The role offers exposure to multiple functions and a chance to contribute to Novo’s mission to

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme within Law.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Danish and English.
• Structured, organized and detail-oriented way of working.
• Proactive, reliable and service-minded approach.
• Confidence using digital tools and systems.
• Curiosity about pharma and the legal challenges within life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Support the drafting and review of contracts and templates.
• Carry out legal research and share clear findings with the team.
• Help answer data privacy questions and contribute to AI governance matters.
• Support colleagues with day-to-day legal and compliance questions.
• Provide stakeholder support and follow up on your assigned tasks.
