Job summary

NextPartners in Kolding is a reputable land surveying company seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join the team. You will conduct surveys, analyze data, and prepare detailed maps and reports for construction projects.

The role requires 2+ years' experience, proficiency with CAD and GIS, and strong mathematical and communication skills. Travel may be required; visa sponsorship is not indicated. This position welcomes part-time or seasonal applicants as well.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying; construction experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of CAD and GIS software.
• Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using equipment such as total stations, GPS and laser scanners.
• Collect and analyze data to create maps and plans.
• Prepare reports, drawings and documents to present findings.
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
• Ensure all work complies with laws, regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and professionals to coordinate surveying activities.
• Train and supervise junior surveyors as needed.
