Job summary

Novo Nordisk is hiring Laboratory Technicians and Advanced Laboratory Technicians for CMC Drug Product Development in Måløv. You will work hands-on with scientists to develop stable injectable formulations for clinical trials, focusing on practical formulation work and day-to-day lab operations.

Qualifications

• Good numerical skills and confidence in performing accurate calculations.
• A structured approach with strong attention to quality and accuracy.
• The ability to communicate in both Danish and English, written and spoken.
• Experience with formulation work or globalLIMS would be an advantage but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute formulation experiments for stability studies in close collaboration with scientists.
• Prepare protocols in English and perform accurate calculations for experimental setups.
• Create batch records and stability studies in globalLIMS.
• Support the planning and execution of formulation activities across clinical development projects.
• Contribute to reliable day-to-day laboratory operations and continuously improve how we work.
