Job summary

Burgermeister Copenhagen is growing, and we are hiring Team Members (m/f/d) for Kitchen and Service to join our team.

As a Team Member you prepare burgers and sides, maintain cleanliness, follow recipes, and deliver a friendly customer experience.

No prior gastronomy experience is required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn will help you grow into leadership roles as we expand.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
• Reliability and willingness to take responsibility.
• Flexible and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Service-oriented mindset.
• Experience in gastronomy or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Good communication skills in English; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preparing our premium burgers, sides and other products according to Burgermeister standards.
• Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and food safety in the kitchen and service areas.
• Efficiently preparing and organizing your station before, during and after service.
• Following our recipes, processes and quality standards to ensure consistently great products.
• Providing an excellent and friendly customer experience.
• Supporting your team during busy service periods and contributing to a smooth store operation.
• Working across different stations in the store and continuously developing your skills.
