Job summary

Knudhule Badehotel is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our restaurant team. You will contribute to a busy kitchen by washing dishes, maintaining the dishwashing area, and ensuring hygiene and order. The role is full-time with evening shifts and weekends during the busy summer and holiday periods.

• Experience in a restaurant or kitchen is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently and keep things clean and organized.
• Reliable, responsible and flexible with shifts.
• Stay focused and organized during busy periods.
• Positive, friendly and a good team player.
• Speak Danish or English and have access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Washing dishes, glasses, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
• Cleaning and maintaining the dishwashing area.
• Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and order in the kitchen.
• Helping with general practical duties.
• Supporting the kitchen team and ensuring a smooth workflow.
