Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints diagrams and other technical drawings
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
• Operate hand and power tools to cut shape and smooth metal pieces
• Assist with the assembly of metal components using welding riveting or bolting methods
• Install finished products at job sites according to specifications
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
• Follow safety procedures at all times
