NextWave Publications is seeking a Junior Information Security Analyst to monitor and protect our information systems. This role suits a recent graduate or someone with limited experience who wants to develop skills in security.

Job description

As a Junior Information Security Analyst you will be responsible for monitoring and protecting our companys information systems against potential threats and vulnerabilities. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in the field of information security who is looking to develop their skills and knowledge.

Your main duties will include:

• Conducting regular security assessments
• Identifying and analyzing potential risks
• Implementing security measures and protocols
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments
• Creating and maintaining documentation related to security policies procedures and incident response plans

To excel in this role you should have a strong understanding of information security principles and best practices.

You should also have excellent analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

A degree in information technology or a related field is preferred.

This position is located in Roskilde Denmark.
