ClericaPoint in Denmark is seeking a Junior Floral Designer to learn from our senior designers and create beautiful arrangements for weddings, parties and corporate events in a fast‑paced shop.

You will handle flower preparation, take customer orders, manage inventory and assist with daily tasks. A high school diploma is required; visa sponsorship and relocation support to Odense are provided to support your start.

Qualifications

• Passion for floral design with a creative eye for colors, textures, and patterns.
• Basic knowledge of flower types, care instructions, and design techniques.
• Willingness to learn from experienced designers.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Assist senior designers in creating floral designs for weddings and events.
• Prepare flowers by trimming, cutting stems, and arranging them in vases or containers.
• Take customer orders and suggest arrangements within budget.
• Maintain inventory of flowers, plants and supplies and store them properly.
• Track upcoming events and prepare materials in advance.
• Support general shop tasks such as cleaning and organizing.
