As a Junior Database Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring the security integrity and performance of our companys databases This includes monitoring database activity identifying and resolving issues and implementing database changes as needed You will also assist in database design and optimization perform backups and recovery procedures and provide technical support to end users This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of database management principles and a desire to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Salary for this role is 1400$ per month with the possibility of accommodation in Herning Denmark In this role you will be working closely with our experienced team of Database Administrators to learn about our companys databases and systems

• Monitoring database activity and performance to ensure optimal functioning

• Implementing database changes as needed while adhering to best practices
• Assisting in database design and optimization projects
• Performing regular backups and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity
• Providing technical support to end users on database-related matters

To be successful in this position you should have a strong understanding of database management principles as well as excellent problem-solving skills You should also have experience working with SQL databases and be familiar with scripting languages such as Python or Perl
