AlSaree AutoTechnics is seeking a Junior Commercial Architect to assist in designing and developing commercial buildings, including offices and retail spaces. You will collaborate with the lead architect and project team to translate client needs into functional, visually appealing spaces.

You will produce detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp, study building codes and zoning rules, and participate in client meetings and site visits.

Junior Commercial Architect

As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will assist in the design and development of commercial buildings, including offices, retail spaces, and other commercial properties. You will work closely with the lead architect and project team to create functional and visually appealing spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the lead architect to develop design concepts for various commercial projects
• Create detailed drawings and 3D models using architectural software
• Research building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant laws to ensure compliance in design
• Attend client meetings and present design proposals
• Work with contractors and subcontractors to ensure construction adheres to design plans
• Conduct site visits during construction to ensure quality control
• Assist in preparing project budgets and timelines
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology/software

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Strong proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant laws
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Experience working on commercial projects is a plus but not required
• Prior experience with sustainable/eco-friendly building practices is a bonus

This position offers a salary of 1000$ per month for candidates without previous experience. We are also open to providing visa sponsorship for qualified candidates who do not hold citizenship or permanent residency in Esbjerg.
