Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Experience as an accountant or in a similar role is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate records in the general ledger.
• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts on a regular basis.
• Prepare and process invoices, expenses and payments.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and principles.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support senior accountants with various tasks as needed.
