Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Denmark is seeking an IT Solution Manager for IT Operations 1 in CMC DP Pilots TS&IT at Måløv. You will help drive IT solutions enabling drug product development, collaborating with scientists, technicians, vendors and IT stakeholders to design, implement and maintain compliant systems.

You will contribute to operation, validation, documentation, cybersecurity, risk assessments and continuous improvement to keep production IT solutions reliable and in good standing with GMP

Qualifications

• Relevant technical education or equivalent experience.
• Several years in IT support, IT system management, or related roles.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and databases.
• Experience with testing, validation, and technical documentation.
• Experience with manufacturing IT solutions, MES or process control is an advantage.
• GMP, data integrity, change control and risk assessments knowledge.

IT Solution Manager

Bring your technical understanding and service mindset to IT Operations 1 in CMC DP Pilots TS&IT at site Måløv. You will help keep equipment and systems supporting the Aseptic Pilot Plant (APP) running reliably and contribute to IT activities in current and future production projects.

Your new role:

As an IT Solution Manager in APP, you will help drive the IT solutions that enable drug product development withing CMC DP Pilots. Working closely with scientists, technicians, vendors, and IT stakeholders, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of compliant and reliable systems.

In this role, you will:

• Contribute to the operation and maintenance of IT Solutions and automation platforms


• Contribute to quality management system (QMS) activities and ensuring data integrity, including technical input to change requests and deviations handling.


• Support implementation, qualification, and validation activities in compliance with GMP and quality requirements in collaboration with colleagues and relevant stakeholders.


• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, requirements and design specifications


• Assist in implementing cybersecurity, standardization, and regulatory requirements


• Perform lifecycle management activities, including patching, backups, system monitoring and risk assessment.


• Perform troubleshooting and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain stable and efficient system performance and compliance.

You will work across the full lifecycle of our IT Solutions, from initial requirements and implementation to daily operation and decommissioning. You will contribute to the development of procedures and operational practices as systems transition from project into operations.

Your skills and qualifications:

We expect you to have relevant technical education or equivalent experience, together with several years of experience from a role such as IT Supporter, IT System Manager, System Administrator, Infrastructure Specialist or IT Operations Specialist.

You bring:

• Experience with system administration, hardware, networks or other relevant IT infrastructure


• Experience in troubleshooting IT issues methodically


• Experience with server administration, network management, databases or system integrations


• Experience with testing, validation, qualification and technical documentation


• Experience with manufacturing IT solutions, MES, process control systems or other production-critical IT solutions is an advantage.


• Understanding how equipment, data and systems work together.


• Knowledge of GMP, data integrity, change control, risk assessments and deviation handling


• The ability to prioritize and create an overview in a busy working environment


• A strong service mindset and good user-oriented communication skills


• A structured approach and a clear sense of ownership


• Professional communication skills in Danish and English

About the team:

You will become part of IT Operations 1. We are currently a team of 13 colleagues including IT specialists, validations SMEs, IT Project managers and IT Solution Managers supporting several different departments.

The team has a broad technical network and collaborates with colleagues across CMC DP Pilots and other relevant functions in the organisation. We value collaboration, professional expertise, ownership and a practical approach to solving problems.

• Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 499,600 to 734,400 DKK (DK), corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate's skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
