Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management.
Extensive knowledge of network administration, security protocols, hardware and software systems.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective use of technology resources.
Plan, organize and manage the installation, maintenance and support of all hardware and software systems.
Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested.
Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
Manage IT staff including hiring, training, scheduling and performance evaluations.
