Job summary

DP World in Aarhus seeks an IT Business Partner to bridge business needs with IT capabilities and support a digital transformation journey. You will work with business leaders, product teams and technology specialists to drive value-driven initiatives.

Leverage AI-assisted development and low-code/no-code tools to rapidly validate ideas, build simple prototypes, and accelerate business outcomes while maintaining platform stability for future growth.

Qualifications

• MSc in IT, Computer Science or similar.
• Solid understanding of enterprise platforms across applications, integrations and data.
• Experience and curiosity in AI tools and development.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technology deliverables and priorities.
• Comfortable working across multiple teams and vendors to drive delivery and outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-driven and structured with balance of stability and future development.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

You will join the global IT Business Partnering team at the headquarters in Aarhus and collaborate closely with business leaders, product teams and technology specialists to drive digitalization across the company.

As an IT Business Partner, you will work closely with specific business areas and act as the primary interface between Business and IT. Your role is to understand prioritized businesses initiatives, identify opportunities where technology can create value, and help turn ideas into solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

As AI and modern development tools continue to evolve, you are expected to leverage AI-assisted development and low-code/no-code capabilities where appropriate to rapidly validate ideas, build simple solutions or prototypes, and accelerate business value.

• Actively contribute to the execution of initiatives and tasks by working alongside business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Drive adoption and change by supporting communication, training and business readiness.
• Use AI-powered development tools and low-code platforms to explore ideas, create prototypes and solve smaller business problems where appropriate.
• Success in the role is measured by your ability to create strong business partnerships, maintain a healthy and prioritized demand pipeline and ensure successful delivery of business value.

We expect the successful IT Business Partner candidate to:

• Have a relevant educational background (e.g., MSc in IT, Computer Science, or similar)
• Solid understanding of enterprise platforms across applications, integrations, and data.
• Experience and curiosity in AI tools and development
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technology deliverables and priorities.
• Comfortable working across multiple teams and vendors to drive delivery and outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Self-driven and structured, with the ability to balance current platform stability and future platform development.
• Fine communication skills in English.
