Job summary

FOSS is seeking an ISMS Specialist to join our security team in Hillerød. You will work directly with the Head of Information Security to grow depth in governance, risk and compliance and to implement our systems-based ISMS tool.

You will coordinate with IT, HR, Legal, R&D, Facilities and production teams to translate requirements into actionable controls and drive remediation through to closure. Occasional travel to European sites is expected.

Qualifications

• A relevant education in IT security or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27002.
• Professional-level English, written and spoken.
• Structured, thorough, and able to follow up until tasks are complete.

Responsibilities

• Implement and operate the ISMS tool, migrate control framework, documentation and risk register to the system.
• Drive control implementation with the business across IT, HR, Legal, R&D, Facilities and production sites.
• Validate controls by collecting evidence, testing effectiveness, and tracking remediation.
• Support the internal and external audit cycle and prepare sites for audits.
• Maintain the policy, procedure, records, and SOA documentation and support management reviews.
• Contribute to awareness and training across the organization.
