Job summary

Tractor Supply Company, United Kingdom, seeks a Receiver to support store operations with inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role executes receiving, inventory adjustment, reconciliation, transfer, buyback/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

The updated operating model narrows Receiver ownership away from front sidewalk/sidelot presentation and backroom/dock/assembly recovery.

Qualifications

Experience: Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Receive Direct POs, Mixing Center freight, Bulk Center freight, and DC receiving transfers, including new and open transfers.
Stock and tag direct vendor freight, front/sidelot DC freight, and leather footwear according to process standards.
Pull waiting OMNI orders in the morning and support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation routines.
Complete BOPIS Reconciliation Report and BODFS Reconciliation Report according to company standards.
Partner with the Store Operations Manager on inventory control, compliance, receiving standards, and process follow-up.
Operate forklift, baler, cash register/computer, and other equipment as needed; assist customers with loading purchases.
