We are seeking a skilled and experienced Interpreter to join our team in Vejle Denmark

As an Interpreter you will be responsible for facilitating communication between people who speak different languages Your main duties will include interpreting spoken conversations written documents and other forms of communication for clients from various backgrounds

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret spoken conversations accurately and efficiently between clients who speak different languages
• Translate written documents such as contracts reports and other materials as needed
• Provide cultural and linguistic guidance to clients to ensure effective communication
• Remain impartial and maintain confidentiality at all times
• Use specialized terminology and language in specific fields such as legal medical or technical interpreting
• Adapt to different environments and situations while maintaining professionalism
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in languages and cultures

Requirements

• Proven experience as an interpreter or similar role
• Fluency in at least two languages including Danish required and English preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret accurately in both languages
• Strong listening skills with the ability to comprehend diverse accents dialects and cultures
• Knowledge of specialized terminology used in different fields
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations
• Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Bachelors degree in TranslationInterpretation or a related field is preferred
