Internship

We are looking for analysts for our spring/summer internship at Voluntās at our office in Copenhagen.

The internship program is designed to acquaint you with insight into yourself and your human potential while providing a real, hands-on opportunity to experience various assignments with our international clients. You will contribute to our work by applying critical and creative thinking on strategic issues and propose problem-solving frameworks to address key client challenges.

As an Analyst, you will serve as a full-time member of our team and receive day-to-day coaching when joining our journey to realize human potential. Voluntās is a young and busy community. You will work within or ‘Center of Curiosity’, named ‘Leadership & Culture’, where you will work with organizations and leaders to align organizational values with the day-to-day experience of their teams. You will contribute to projects focused on leadership, culture, organizational development, and change, helping organizations create workplaces where people can thrive and realize their human potential.

Typical work includes preparing and facilitating leadership and culture workshops, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, supporting organizational development initiatives, and helping translate organizational values and ambitions into meaningful everyday practices. You will collaborate closely with leaders and teams and contribute to projects that strengthen clarity, alignment, and meaningfulness across organizations.

Your Qualifications
