• Act as Structural Lead on international data centre projects, accountable for scope, budget, and schedule.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust design solutions.
• Support projects across the full lifecycle, from concept to commissioning.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary international teams for high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to development of the department's market presence and business growth.
• Guide and mentor structural engineers and designers.
