Responsibilities

The Finance Manager reports directly to the CEO and will be part of the executive management team.

Overall responsibility for all accounting activities, including reconciliations and other recurring financial tasks, internal and external reporting, and preparation of the annual report.

Key responsibilities:

• Leadership of the finance department (6 people)
• Business analyses
• Internal reporting – including monthly accounts
• Prepare and contribute to the preparation of the annual report
• Prepare liquidity budgets and statements

The Finance Manager must actively contribute to improving the efficiency of the finance department’s processes, maintain an overview of the entire business, communicate clearly, and be able to present and report to the CEO and board.

Qualifications and Profile

In addition to solid analytical experience, the candidate should have a strong interest in business analysis and follow‑up, and thrive working closely to the business.

As a person, the candidate is self‑driven, experienced at planning and prioritising their own work, a good team player, structured, and practices good governance.

Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working broadly with many tasks are essential.
