Job summary

NovaMart Procurement in Copenhagen seeks an Instrument Technician to install, calibrate, troubleshoot and repair instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters and control valves.

You will interpret drawings, perform routine maintenance, diagnose malfunctions, and collaborate with engineers to optimize process control. A technical diploma in instrumentation and proven hands-on experience are required.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of electrical circuits, mechanical systems and process control principles.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot and repair various instruments (pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, control valves).
• Interpret drawings/schematics to ensure correct installation and operation.
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform necessary repairs promptly.
• Collaborate with technicians/engineers to optimize process control systems.
• Keep detailed records and manage spare parts inventory.
