Vestas is seeking an Installation Supervisor to lead on-site wind turbine installation activities across Denmark/Poland. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely execution while coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The role requires strong mechanical/electrical know-how, HSE discipline, and experience with digital project tools. You will drive adherence to standards and support continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Step into an important role where you’ll help manage the installation of advanced wind turbine projects across the region. As an Installation Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily on‑site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and smooth execution in a busy environment with frequent schedule changes. Region NCE and Global Offshore > NCE > Installation Supervisors

We are part of the Installation & Commissioning area, responsible for managing and executing onshore projects within the Central region. Our main interface is with the Onshore Construction departments across NCE.

We oversee projects from preparation through execution and final handover to Service, while defining the strategy for project delivery, including readiness and scalability to meet future market demands.

Our responsibilities also include supporting sales activities, developing concepts, and ensuring the implementation and optimization of project packages.
