Job summary

NovaMart Procurement in Denmark's Region Syddanmark invites an experienced Industrial Architect to design and plan industrial buildings. You will work with clients to understand needs and develop innovative, compliant designs that are functional and aesthetically pleasing.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, at least 3 years' experience, and proficiency in CAD/CAD tools with strong knowledge of building codes.

Job description

As an Industrial Architect you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements Your role will involve using your technical knowledge and creativity to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting site visits to assess potential locations for industrial buildings
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and requirements
• Developing initial sketches drawings and 3D models of proposed designs
• Using computer-aided design CAD software to create detailed plans and blueprints
• Ensuring that all designs comply with building codes regulations and safety standards
• Working closely with engineers contractors and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of designs
• Making necessary adjustments or modifications based on client feedback or project changes
• Managing project timelines budgets and resources effectively

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
• Proficient in using CAD software
• Strong understanding of building codes regulations and safety standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Availability for occasional site visits

Location

This position is located in Vejle Denmark However we are open to considering remote work options for highly qualified candidates

Compensation

Salary for this position starts at $1100 per month
