Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and develop design proposals
• Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for industrial buildings
• Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information for design development
• Use specialized software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create 3D models and renderings
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and construction methods based on project requirements
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth execution of designs
• Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans and address any issues that may arise
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and new building codes to continuously improve design work

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proven experience in designing industrial buildings is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software programs
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations related to industrial structures
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, etc.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a part-time position based in Esbjerg. The salary for this role is 1200$ per month. We welcome applicants without prior experience in industrial architecture as we are willing to provide training.
