Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and specifications
• Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of proposed projects
• Prepare detailed drawings models and plans using computer-aided design CAD software
• Evaluate potential construction materials and methods to ensure cost-effectiveness and sustainability
• Ensure compliance with building codes zoning regulations and environmental standards
• Oversee construction process to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
• Coordinate with engineers contractors and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
