Job summary

Arla Foods is seeking an experienced AI Architect to shape AI solutions from ideation to scalable production. You will own solution design, guide architecture, and collaborate with product and engineering teams.

You will drive rapid prototyping, ensure CI/CD and data governance, and elevate architectural standards in an AI-first landscape. Hybrid work in Denmark/Poland with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience designing AI-powered solutions, including LLM-based applications.
• End-to-end architecture across applications, integrations, data flows, and data pipelines.
• Strong grounding in software engineering fundamentals including CI/CD, cloud services, security and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design from idea to decision, shaping direction, backlog and architectural decisions.
• Engage hands-on in solution design with teams, guiding real-time architecture choices.
• Drive rapid prototyping and proofs of concept to validate ideas quickly.
• Ensure CI/CD, cloud services, security and data governance are in place and fit for purpose.
• Evolve AI-first architecture standards and shape new practices.
• Advise Head of Product and stakeholders, prioritizing AI value and reducing complexity.
