You’ll support the ongoing development and governance of Vestas' global critical HSE risk framework, ensuring the effective management of significant and emerging risks across the business. You will develop risk standards, critical controls, and operational requirements, evaluate control effectiveness, and run complex risk reviews that support informed, risk-based decision-making. Partnering with regional and functional leaders, you will support strategic risk reduction initiatives, improve governance practices, and represent Vestas externally to ensure alignment with high standards and best practices.

Must be available to work from any EU based Vesta’s office, such as Aarhus, Copenhagen, Madrid, Hamburg, or Porto 2 times a week.
This position requires approximately 10 days of travel year.
