Keeperz ApS is seeking a Quality Oriented Housekeeping Manager for the new Q Hotel Apartments in Valby. The role requires leading a housekeeping team, ensuring high quality standards, and implementing daily operations for opening and closing procedures.

Start is targeted between 16.12 and 31.12.2026, with a full-time schedule including every second weekend and two weekend shifts on select days.

Formación

• Experience from housekeeping as supervisor is a must.
• Full-time position; includes every 2nd weekend.

Responsabilidades

• Opening & closing - preparing working papers.
• Public area cleaning 1–2 hours daily.
• On days with few C/O, clean apartments 1–3 hours.
• Check C/O cleaning.
• Give feedback, train & motivate the team.
• Ensure a good work environment.
• Ordering and managing stock.
• Daily and weekly planning.

Quality Oriented Housekeeping Manager for Q Hotel Apartment

Keeperz is currently searching for a housekeeping manager for our new housekeeping department in Valby at Q Hotel Apartments. A BRAND NEW Apartment Hotel with 63 spacious, modern & stylish fully equipped apartments.

Keeperz is an innovative and quality-conscious cleaning company founded in 2017. We are specialized in hotel & facility cleaning & our experience from the hotel cleaning industry dates back to 2011.

We are looking for a housekeeping manager with high energy, great communication skills & a "Yes we can - attitude". A person who do not compromise quality and works systematically with the team to improve every day.

Experience from housekeeping as supervisor is a must.

The hotel will be opening 1. of January 2027. Expected start between 16.12 - 31.12.2026
The job is a fulltime position and includes working every 2. weekend.
Working hours are mostly 8.00 - 16.00 & every 2. weekend 09.00 - 17.00

The main tasks would be:

• Opening & closing - preparing working papers
• Public area cleaning 1-2H daily
• On days with few C/O - clean apartments 1-3H
• Check C/O cleaning
• Give feedback, train & motivate the team
• Ensure a good work environment
• Ordering and managing stock
• Daily- and weekly planning

We are looking for a manager who lead by example and manage and motivate the team from the corridors/apartmens not from the office. The position is very administrative "light".
