Job summary

MechaForce in Esbjerg seeks an experienced Equipment Operator to operate and maintain heavy machinery across construction sites in the region. You will manage bulldozers, excavators, loaders and graders while adhering to safety standards and project schedules.

The role requires at least 2 years of hands-on heavy equipment experience, a CDL with a clean record if possible, and the ability to read construction plans. Visa sponsorship is offered for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience operating heavy equipment in construction or similar.
• Valid CDL with clean driving record preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations for heavy equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and diagrams.
• Physically fit, able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers, excavators, loaders and graders as required.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Conduct daily inspections and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Complete tasks by supervisor according to project schedules.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues during operation.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used and maintenance.
