Job summary

Charm Connect in Vejle, Denmark is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our field crew. You will operate bulldozers, excavators and loaders to support construction and demolition projects, following plans and instructions.

You must be able to perform pre-operation checks, maintain equipment, and coordinate with team members while working safely in all weather conditions. A valid driver's license is required, and prior heavy equipment experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
• Proficient in operating various types of heavy machinery.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and instructions.
• Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment according to project plans and instructions.
• Conduct pre-operation checks on the equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Safely load, unload and move materials using the equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on the equipment to keep it in top working condition.
• Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth operations on the job site.
• Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Keep accurate records of work hours, materials used and any incidents that occur.
