Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator or similar role.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations for operating heavy equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and project plans accurately.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders and other machinery as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans to determine work requirements.
• Safely operate equipment according to safety protocols and regulations.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or issues immediately.
• Maintain a clean work area and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
