Job summary

VirtualWorks Hub is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator in Greenland to join our construction team. The role requires at least 3 years of experience operating bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, with responsibility for safe operation and routine maintenance on site.

You will read plans, follow safety guidelines, and work with others to ensure efficient progress. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to read and understand plans and diagrams.
• Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy machinery for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, loaders and other machinery.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines while operating equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
• Ensure proper use of equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations on the job site.
• Keep accurate records of work done and materials used.
