Job summary

Systematic Aarhus is seeking a Manager for healthcare IT product development to lead a diverse team across Denmark, Poland, and Ukraine. You’ll shape delivery, foster high performance, and guide Columna Cura’s evolution in stability and daily operations.

You’ll work with Scrum and SAFe principles to optimise processes and project execution. You’ll manage a team of 8–10 colleagues, collaborate with domain experts and product managers, and travel one to two times per year.

Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor's or master’s degree.
• Experience as a project manager on IT projects.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management.
• Ambition to succeed and realise goals.
• Proactive with a flexible approach to tasks.
