Job summary

BrightConnect in Vejle is seeking a highly motivated waiter/waitress to provide exceptional service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will greet guests, answer questions about the menu, and collaborate with the team to deliver a memorable dining experience.

Experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred; strong communication, multitasking, and cash handling skills are important.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar position.
• Customer-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, take orders, and answer questions about the menu.
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, glasses and other items.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure proper sanitation standards are met.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent service to our guests.
