About the Role

As a Graphic Design Intern at AAK, you will join our European Marketing Team, an ambitious and fast‑paced team focused on strengthening marketing excellence across the region. In this role, you will help bring the AAK brand to life by supporting the creation of presentations, event materials, digital assets, social media visuals, and landing pages. This six‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in an international organization where visual storytelling, brand consistency, and creative problem‑solving are essential. You will help translate AAK’s brand identity into clear and impactful visual assets that support our Commercial Team and strengthen our presence across several customer‑facing channels. You will act as a creative support partner to the European Marketing Team, contributing ideas, collaborating across functions, and helping turn business needs into engaging and professional visual outputs. Your contribution will help the European Marketing Team respond faster to business needs, strengthen visual consistency across markets, and deliver more professional, customer‑ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Team in creating high‑quality presentations for different industries and business needs
• Translate AAK’s brand identity into digital assets for employer branding, internal communication, and campaign support
• Assist in developing event materials, including merchandise, booklets, signage, and other printed assets
• Support the creation and visual development of landing pages and event pages
• Develop visual assets for social media calendars, campaigns, and internal engagement activities
• Ensure visual consistency, quality, and alignment with AAK brand guidelines across all materials produced
• Assist with layout design for reports, white papers, customer presentations, and other marketing materials
• Support the team in turning complex business and technical content into clear, visually engaging materials for customers and internal stakeholders

About You

• Currently studying for, or recently completed, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, communication design, multimedia design, product design, or a related field
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Some experience in graphic design, with a portfolio to share as part of the application
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; familiarity with Ceros is a plus
• A strong eye for detail, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency
• Confidence working with brand guidelines and applying them across different formats and channels
• Curious, proactive, structured, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced international environment
• Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar tools is an advantage
