Job summary

IMC is inviting graduates to join a six-week Global Trainee Programme led by seasoned engineers and traders across Europe, the United States, and Asia-Pacific. You will deepen your knowledge of trading, markets, and IMC’s systems, then return to a local office with a dedicated mentor to apply what you learned.

After training, you’ll be placed on a desk that fits your strengths in strategy, quantitative modelling, or market execution, with ongoing recognition for your ideas and achievements

Qualifications

• In final year of study in mathematics, physics, econometrics or a related quantitative field.
• Programming experience is a plus (Python, Matlab or R).
• Strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Graduate trainees work across trading, research, and execution functions.
• Develop, test, and optimize trading strategies and algorithms.
• Collaborate with engineers and traders to implement solutions.
