Job summary

Novo in Søborg is seeking a GLP QA Professional to ensure non-clinical research meets Good Laboratory Practice standards. You will oversee studies, inspect internal and external work, and translate findings into practical recommendations that keep research reliable and moving.

You will strengthen the department’s QMS, harmonise processes, and collaborate with internal colleagues and external CROs. Some travel may be required for audits and inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience in GLP or GLP-regulated work
• Strong knowledge of QMS and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills
• Fluent in English, able to communicate findings clearly

Responsibilities

• Perform quality oversight and compliance verification of GLP-regulated activities
• Plan and conduct study-based and process-based internal inspections
• Support stakeholders on GLP requirements and action plans from audits
• Contribute to maintaining and improving the department’s QMS and digitalisation initiatives
• Communicate observations and recommendations to stakeholders
