Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in upstream product management with strong software focus.
• Additional experience in hardware and AI is a strong benefit.
• Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field.
• Ability to balance customer insights, tech, and business priorities.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product management for a key innovation project, owning commercial deliverables and translating customer needs.
• Drive project speed and value realization, following launch excellence and acting as the commercial voice on trade-offs.
• Ensure the project delivers full solutions aligned with digital strategy and future development opportunities.
• Build cross-organizational relationships to enable quick decisions based on customer insights.
• Support EndoIntelligence strategy across pipeline and downstream teams.
