Job summary

Arla Foods Ingredients is seeking a People & Culture Consultant on a maternity cover basis to drive global talent management and onboarding for AFI. You will collaborate with AFI People & Culture, Arla HR and the wider business to shape employee experience and support integration with DMK.

You will lead initiatives in talent management, onboarding and employer branding, while maintaining a clear focus on stakeholder needs, data-driven decisions and timely execution in a dynamic global

Qualifications

• Have relevant experience within People & Culture, preferably including talent management, onboarding, employee engagement or related areas.
• Have strong project and process management skills and can coordinate several activities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Are comfortable taking the lead and following activities through from planning to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Drive and further strengthen AFI's talent management processes and activities, ensuring they continue to support business needs, leadership priorities and the broader People & Culture portfolio.
• Coordinate and further develop AFI’s global onboarding activities, including our Introduction Days.
• Contribute to People & Culture initiatives that support the successful integration of AFI and DMK.
• Lead or contribute to selected initiatives within employer branding and diversity and inclusion, and support the planning, execution and follow-up of employee surveys and related engagement activities.
• Prepare communication, presentations, analyses, and decision material for relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across AFI and Arla to adapt and bring global People & Culture processes to life.
• Contribute positively to the team and help ensure strong coordination across our portfolio of activities.
