Job summary

ECCO is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager, Retail Performance Analytics to join the Global Retail Center of Excellence in Tønder, Denmark. You will own the global retail KPI framework, govern reporting standards, and ensure data accuracy to support decisions across a global retail organization.

You will partner with Global Finance Reporting and regional partners to drive dashboard enhancements, KPI definitions, and performance frameworks that unlock insights into growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 6-10 years of experience in analytics, commercial finance, business intelligence, retail analytics, or FP&A.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and commercial performance metrics.
• Experience in Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar platforms with data modelling and visualization skills.
• Experience with ERP and retail transaction data; strong Excel; knowledge of SQL, Power Query, Python or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and experience in international, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the global retail KPI framework and reporting standards, including metric definitions and calculation methodologies.
• Partner with Global Finance Reporting to prioritise dashboard enhancements and reporting initiatives.
• Validate retail data accuracy and drive governance for consistency of metrics across regions.
• Translate business questions into reporting requirements and identify opportunities to improve visibility.
• Lead root-cause analyses on performance variances and support forecasting and planning.
• Collaborate with Retail Performance & Insights and regional teams to harmonize performance view and data quality.
