• Extensive leadership experience, including leading global, cross‑functional or highly specialised teams.
• Significant pharma/healthcare sector experience across regulatory affairs, drug development, intelligence, portfolio strategy.
• Strong ability to connect external developments to portfolio, programme and business implications.
• Demonstrated experience in scientific or regulatory intelligence, horizon scanning, impact assessment or scenario development.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex topics with executive judgement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Regulatory Science & Intelligence function with clear priorities and operating model.
• Set global strategy for scientific and regulatory intelligence aligned with SPI priorities.
• Build a systematic approach to gather intelligence and identify emerging trends.
• Translate complex developments into concise insights, impact assessments and actionable recommendations.
• Drive regulatory science innovations, AI and data integration within knowledge platforms.
